全国戦没者追悼式の開催(8/15(土))National War Dead Memorial Ceremony on August 15 (Saturday)政府主催の全国戦没者追悼式が令和8年8月15日、日本武道館で開催される。参列者には遺族3,663名(付添393名)と約700名の関係者を予定。式典は午前11時51分開始、約1時間。天皇皇后両陛下が臨席し、国歌斉唱、式辞、黙とう、追悼の辞などを行う。正午には全国で半旗掲揚と1分間の黙とうを実施。YouTubeで生配信され、取材希望者は8月13日17時までに申請が必要。The government will hold the National War Dead Memorial Ceremony on August 15 at the Nippon Budokan. 職員の個人情報の漏えいについてJapan Digital Agency Personal Information Leak in National Qualification Systemデジタル庁が運用する国家資格等情報連携・活用システムで、各資格管理団体の職員150名の個人情報(氏名、ユーザーID、所属コード等)が漏洩。令和8年7月6日、他省庁に送付したログイン履歴ファイルに関関係者以外の情報が含まれていると連絡を受け確認。作業手順書の曖昧さが原因で誤って作成され、第三者への転送はなく削除済み。二次被害なし。デジタル庁は関係者に謝罪し、再発防止のためチェック体制強化と手順書点検を実施する。The Japan Digital Agency confirmed a personal information leak in its National Qualification Information Linkage and Utilization System. On July 6, 2026, a login history file sent to other ministries included personal details of 150 staff members from qualification management organizations, such as names, user IDs, and affiliation codes. The error occurred due to ambiguous operational procedure instructions, causing unintended inclusion of users from other organizations. The file was not shared with third parties and was deleted. No secondary damage was reported. The agency apologized and will strengthen checks and review procedures to prevent recurrence.
