The pre-disease indicator assesses four domains—lifestyle, physical function, mental health/stress, and cognitive function—using a three-level evaluation, with Mini-Cog for cognitive testing. Sugi Pharmacy operates over 2,000 stores nationwide, employing 5,000 pharmacists and 700 nutritionists, advancing a 'total health care strategy'. The program plans to expand across Japan.
