体験型イベント「アクション油ヶ淵2026」を開催します~油ヶ淵の水質浄化に向けて~Action Aburafuchi 2026 Experience Event to Promote Water Quality Purification愛知県内唯一の天然湖沼である油ヶ淵(碧南市・安城市)の水質浄化を目的に、愛知県と碧南市、安城市、西尾市、高浜市が構成する油ヶ淵水質浄化促進協議会が「アクション油ヶ淵2026」を開催。ミニビオトープ作成や水質調査、生きものタッチプール、缶バッジ・エコバッグ作り、クイズラリーなど、環境学習を楽しめる体験型プログラムを実施。参加無料で、2026年10月16日午後5時まで申込受付。詳細は愛知県環境局Webサイトで確認できる。The 'Action Aburafuchi 2026' event, organized by Aichi Prefecture and the cities of Aisai, Anjo, Nishio, and Takahama, aims to promote water quality purification of Aburafuchi, the only natural lake in Aichi Prefecture. 愛知県と名古屋造形大学、あいちアール・ブリュット作品展&関連イベント開催Aichi Prefecture and Nagoya University of Arts Host Art Brut Exhibition and Events愛知県は2014年から障害者アート展示の「あいちアール・ブリュット展」を開催し、社会参加と理解促進を図る。2024年3月、県内3大学と協定を締結。名古屋造形大学との共催で2026年10月17日から25日までギャラリーで作品展を開催。6名の画家の絵画を展示し、映画上映等の関連イベントを実施。学生や一般市民が参加可能。Aichi Prefecture has hosted the Aichi Art Brut exhibition since 2014 to promote disability awareness and social participation. あいち朝日遺跡ミュージアム企画展弥生の顔と身体表現Aichi Asahi Ruins Museum Special Exhibition: Yayoi Period Facial and Body Expressionsあいち朝日遺跡ミュージアム(清須市)は、弥生時代の顔や身体表現をテーマにした企画展を開催。縄文時代の土偶から弥生時代への変化や、伊勢湾沿岸で発展した黥面絵画(イレズミ表現)の変遷を紹介。重要文化財「人面文壺形土器」(複製品)や線刻土器片(実物)を含む多数の展示品を公開し、魏志倭人伝に記載の黥面の背景や変遷を解明。弥生人の世界観や祈りについて考える機会を提供。講演会やワークショップも実施。The Aichi Asahi Ruins Museum in Kiyosu City hosts a special exhibition on Yayoi period facial and body expressions. It explores the transition from Jomon clay figurines to Yayoi art and the development of tattoo designs on pottery in the Ise Bay region, evolving into the Kofun period. 水資源功績者表彰を受賞した湘南里川づくりみんなの会が平塚市長・秦野市長・伊勢原市長を訪問しますShonan Sato River Creation Citizens' Association Receives Water Resources Merit Award, Visits Three City Mayors湘南里川づくりみんなの会が令和8年度の水資源功績者表彰(国土交通大臣表彰)を受賞。平成23年の設立以来、水資源行政の推進に向けた普及・啓発活動が評価され、受賞報告として金目川水系流域の平塚市、秦野市、伊勢原市の首長を表敬訪問する。The Shonan Sato River Creation Citizens' Association (office: Kanagawa Prefecture Shonan Regional Government Center Planning Adjustment Section) received the Water Resources Merit Award (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Award) for the 2026 fiscal year. Since its establishment in 2011, the group's public awareness activities promoting water resources administration have been recognized. ベトナムに海外事務所を開設します!Opening Overseas Office in Vietnam神奈川県と公益財団法人神奈川産業振興センターは、ベトナム社会主義共和国の首都ハノイに「ハノイ・神奈川経済貿易事務所」を開設した。地方自治体によるベトナムへの海外事務所設置は初。同事務所は県内中小企業のベトナム進出支援、現地ビジネス情報収集、ベトナム企業誘致などを担当。職員は所長(県職員)、副所長(KIP職員)、現地スタッフの計3名。ベトナムの経済成長が著しく、県内企業の進出ニーズが高い。2024年にはハノイ市人民委員会と「友好と協力に関する覚書」を締結し、事務所開設に至った。Kanagawa Prefecture and the Kanagawa Industrial Promotion Center (KIP) have opened the Hanoi-Kanagawa Economic and Trade Office in Hanoi, Vietnam. This is the first overseas office established by a local government in Vietnam. The office supports local SMEs' expansion into Vietnam, collects business information, promotes Vietnamese companies, and facilitates economic exchanges. Staff consists of three members: a director (prefecture employee), deputy director (KIP employee), and local staff. Vietnam's strong economic growth has driven demand for Kanagawa businesses to enter the market. In 2024, Kanagawa Prefecture and Hanoi People's Committee signed a memorandum of understanding, leading to the office's creation.

The facility serves as a community base for people with mental and developmental disabilities, providing living and working spaces. Recognized as a pioneer in patient research, it has gained attention beyond medical and welfare fields. During the visit, the governor observed the latest research findings and discussed initiatives for realizing Kanagawa's 'co-living society'. Meetings included discussions with Urahoro Town Mayor on disability welfare policies and medical-welfare support collaboration. The governor also toured group homes and work facilities, participated in orientation and daily meetings, and exchanged opinions with clinic director Kawamura and other stakeholders on mental health, medical care, welfare, and child-rearing support.
