印旛沼工業用水施設被災で取水地点緊急変更Inbanuma Industrial Water Facility Damage Prompts Emergency Intake Point Change令和8年台風第25号の影響で印旛沼から取水する佐倉浄水場の送水ポンプ5台が故障し、五井姉崎地区への工業用水供給が停止。国、千葉県、水資源機構が連携し、房総導水路を経由して房総臨海地区工業用水道の施設を活用し、緊急的に取水地点を変更。他の取水や河川環境への影響はない。9月26日10時から復旧まで実施。Due to Typhoon No. 25 in Reiwa 8, the Sakura Water Treatment Plant, which draws water from Inbanuma Lake, experienced flooding that disabled all five water pumps. By utilizing the Boso Diversion Canal and maximizing the capacity of the Boso Coastal Area Industrial Water System, they ensured continued water supply to the affected region. The change in water intake points has no impact on other water sources or river environments. The adjustment began at 10:00 AM on September 26 and will remain in effect until the Sakura Water Treatment Plant is restored, with the restoration date currently undetermined.

令和8年度家畜伝染病予防法に基づく消毒命令についてDisinfection Order under Livestock Infectious Disease Prevention Act for Reiwa 8千葉県は、令和2年から6シーズン連続で高病原性鳥インフルエンザが発生し、過去に10月にも事例があったため、令和8年9月18日に発表。令和8年10月1日から令和9年3月31日まで、県内100羽以上の鶏や家禽を飼養する農場を対象に消毒家畜伝染病予防法に基づく消毒命令を発令。農場周辺や施設外縁部への消毒薬散布、希望農場への無償配付、養鶏事業者への衛生管理徹底呼びかけ、県民への周知を実施。Chiba Prefecture announced on September 18, Reiwa 8, that it will issue a disinfection order under the Livestock Infectious Disease Prevention Act starting October 1, Reiwa 8, to prevent highly pathogenic avian influenza, which has occurred for six consecutive seasons since Reiwa 2, including in October. 台風25号で北印旛沼堤防決壊、浸水被害発生Typhoon 25 causes North Inbanuma dike breach, flooding令和8年9月22日、台風25号による豪雨で千葉県が管理する北印旛沼の堤防が約100メートル決壊し、農業排水路の角川堤防一部も決壊。これにより北印旛沼及び長門川周辺で浸水被害が発生。長門川(印旛郡栄町酒直)の堤防一部でも決壊が確認された。千葉県は国に緊急復旧支援を要請し、9月23日に国土交通省がTEC-FORCEを派遣。堤防の早期復旧を図る。On September 22, 2026, heavy rain from Typhoon 25 caused a 100-meter breach in the North Inbanuma dike managed by Chiba Prefecture and part of the Kaku River agricultural drainage channel dike. Flooding occurred in North Inbanuma and along the Nagato River. A section of the Nagato River (Sakae Town, Inba District) dike was also confirmed breached. Chiba Prefecture requested emergency restoration support from the national government, and on September 23, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism dispatched TEC-FORCE. Efforts are underway to quickly restore the dikes in cooperation with the national government.
令和8年9月22日高滝ダム緊急放流中止Takagi Dam Cancels Emergency Release on September 22, 2026台風25号による大雨で高滝ダムへの流入量が増加し緊急放流の可能性があったが、上流域の降雨が予測を下回り貯水位が低下し、今後の大雨の見込みもないため、緊急放流を中止した。緊急放流は洪水調節容量を超える流入時に下流に等量放流する操作。Due to heavy rain from Typhoon 25, the inflow into Takagi Dam increased, raising the possibility of emergency release. However, as upstream rainfall was lower than predicted and the reservoir level dropped, with no further heavy rain expected, the emergency release was canceled. Emergency release is an operation where water is released downstream at the same rate as inflow when the reservoir exceeds its flood regulation capacity.

避難生活支援リーダー/サポーター研修の開催についてDisaster Evacuation Support Leader/Supporter Training内閣府の避難生活支援リーダー/サポーター研修モデル事業に採択され、千葉県、野田市、茨城県及び常総市が合同で令和8年10月3日・4日、野田市関宿総合公園体育館サブアリーナで研修を開催。自主防災組織役員、自治会役員、避難所運営委員会、地域防災リーダー、女性消防団員などを対象に、被災者とのコミュニケーションや避難所運営の実践的なスキルを習得するための演習を実施。具体的具体的な事例を基に被災者の心情や困りごとを話し合い、避難所の各スペースを再現して改善点を検討し、役割分担によるコミュニケーション演習を行う。The Cabinet Office's Disaster Evacuation Support Leader/Supporter Training Model Project has been selected. 北海道の農業法人でミャンマー人労働者への暴行が発覚、当事者が窮状を語るMyanmar Workers Abused at Hokkaido Farm, Victim Speaks Out北海道京極町の農業法人で、特定技能在留資格のミャンマー人男性A(30代)が暴行と暴言を受けていた。5月18日来日し、5月22日からジャガイモ作業を巡り暴力を受ける。毎日のように胸を蹴られたり腕を腫らすほどの暴力を受け、男性6人グループのうち5人が被害。加害者は町議とその息子で、日本語の理解不足を理由に罵倒。保険証がなく病院に行けず、7月に脱出。農場側は9月18日、暴力行為を一部認めた。労働者らは録音データで暴行を記録していた。A 30-something Myanmar man, A, working in Hokkaido's agricultural company under a specific skills visa, reported physical abuse and verbal harassment. No visible overtopping traces were found, but sand jets on the opposite levee indicated water seepage and soil erosion. At least three sand jet sites were confirmed. Otsuki stated climate change is causing new phenomena, and hard measures alone cannot fully control risks, stressing the importance of personal disaster preparedness.
