令和8年10月、社会保険短時間労働者の賃金要件撤廃Social Insurance Wage Requirements for Part-Time Workers to Be Abolished in October 2026令和7年年金制度改正法に基づき、2026年10月1日、社会保険(健康保険・厚生年金保険)の短時間労働者加入要件のうち賃金要件(月額8.8万円以上)が撤廃された。ただし、最低賃金法第7条の特例許可を受けた方で月額8.8万円未満の特定減額特例対象者は、原則として加入対象外だが、申し出により加入可能。Pursuant to the 2025 Pension System Amendment Act (Law No. 74 of 2025), the wage requirement (monthly basic wage of 88,000 yen or more) for short-time workers to join social insurance (health and pension) will be abolished effective October 1, 2026.
