令和8年度違反建築防止週間に公開建築パトロールを実施しますAichi Prefecture to Conduct Public Building Patrols During 2026 Violation Building Prevention Week国土交通省が毎年10月15日から21日を違反建築防止週間と定め、愛知県は2026年10月15日から21日まで名古屋市、豊橋市、一宮市、春日井市、東海市、大府市、刈谷市、蒲郡市、岡崎市、西尾市、安城市、犬山市、尾張旭市で公開建築パトロールを実施。建築確認の有無や工事内容を点検し、建築基準法遵守の指導を行う。工事監理の確認も行い、適正な工事監理を促進。実施結果は10月27日午前に記者発表予定。The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism designates October 15-21 annually as Violation Building Prevention Week. Employers can temporarily cover part of social insurance premiums for eligible employees, reducing their burden for up to three years total. This does not increase the employer's final premium payments or affect future pension amounts for employees. The system applies to newly designated applicable businesses from October 1, 2026, and to specific applicable businesses from October 1, 2027, following social insurance expansion. 愛知県知多保健所、措置入院手続きで不適切な事務処理Aichi Prefecture Chita Health Center Improper Handling of Involuntary Hospitalization Procedures愛知県知多保健所は、精神保健及び精神障害者福祉法第29条に基づく措置入院手続きで不備を確認。対象者は同法第22条に基づく診察・保護申請後、精神保健指定医2名による診察で措置入院決定されたが、立会職員の署名がなく手続き不備。7月27日判明、8月7日再度診察し再決定、13日謝罪。職員が緊急措置入院(第29条の2)の事例を誤って参照し、手続き理解不足が原因。再発防止策を実施。Aichi Prefecture's Chita Health Center discovered improper handling of involuntary hospitalization procedures under the Mental Health and Welfare Act Article 29. However, the procedure lacked the witness staff's signature. The issue was identified on July 27, and a re-diagnosis was conducted on August 7, leading to a new hospitalization decision. Apologies were made to the patient and family on August 13. The error occurred because staff mistakenly referenced an emergency measure case (Article 29-2) instead of the correct procedure, due to insufficient understanding of the legal requirements. Preventive measures are being implemented.

Authorities are investigating the cause.
