「よりによって月末に」サイボウズ「kintone」「Garoon」などで2時間にわたり障害Cybozu's kintone, Garoon Suffer 2-Hour Outage Just as Month Ends8月31日午前、サイボウズのクラウドサービス「cybozu.com」で約2時間の障害が発生。kintone、Garoon、サイボウズ Office、メールワイズ、cybozu.com共通管理、サイボウズドットコムストアが利用できなくなった。障害は午前9時56分から午後0時7分まで続き、月末の月曜日というタイミングで発生したことから、X上で「よりによって月末に」といった利用者からの不満が相次いだ。青野慶久社長は復旧後、Xで謝罪し、「長時間に渡る大規模な障害となり、誠に申し訳ございませんでした。振り返りと再発防止に努めます」と投稿した。On August 31, a two-hour outage affected Cybozu's cloud services, including kintone, Garoon, Cybozu Office, Mailwise, cybozu.com common management, and Cybozu.com Store. The outage occurred from 9:56 AM to 12:07 PM JST. The timing coincided with the end of the month and a Monday morning, leading to user complaints on X such as 'why at month-end?' Cybozu CEO Keihisa Aono apologized on X, stating, 'We sincerely apologize for the prolonged large-scale outage. We will review and prevent recurrence.'
