硫黄島戦没者遺骨引渡式の開催(令和8年9月)Iwo Jima War Dead Remains Transfer Ceremony in September 2026厚生労働省は令和8年9月4日午前11時から千鳥ヶ淵戦没者墓苑(千代田区三番町2)で硫黄島戦没者遺骨引渡式を開催。23柱の遺骨を収集団から引き渡し、式後解団式を行う。昭和27年度以降、南方地域や旧ソ連、モンゴル地域で遺骨収集を実施し、海外戦没者約240万人のうち約128万柱を本邦に迎え入れている。今回の遺骨は平成28年法律に基づき、日本戦没者遺骨収集推進協会が派遣した団体が送還。The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare conducted the Iwo Jima war dead remains transfer ceremony on September 4, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Chidorigafuchi National Cemetery (Chiyoda-ku, Sanbanchō 2). Twenty-three sets of remains were handed over by the collection team, with a disbanding ceremony held afterward. Since Showa 27, the government has collected remains in southern regions; from Heisei 3 in former Soviet territories; and from Heisei 6 in Mongolia. To date, approximately 1.28 million out of 2.4 million overseas war dead have been repatriated. The remains transferred this time were returned under the 2016 War Dead Remains Collection Promotion Law by the Japan War Dead Remains Collection Promotion Association.

宮城県指定管理者でメール送信ミスにより80件のメールアドレス漏洩Miyagi Prefecture Designated Manager's Email Mistake Leads to Leakage of 80 Email Addresses宮城県民間非営利活動プラザ(仙台市宮城野区)の指定管理者である特定非営利活動法人杜の伝言板ゆるるが、講座案内メールを送信する際、Bcc機能を使用せずTo欄にメールアドレスを入力したため、80件の団体メールアドレスが漏洩した。9月3日、関係団体に事故経緯と謝罪をメールで通知し、削除を依頼。県は指定管理者に情報管理の徹底を厳重注意し、再発防止策の検討を要求した。The designated manager of Miyagi Prefecture's Nonprofit Activity Plaza (Miyagino Ward, Sendai), NPO "Mori no Dengen-ita Yururu", accidentally sent lecture notification emails using the "To" field instead of "Bcc", causing 80 email addresses of participating organizations to be exposed.
