厚生労働省とPMDA、Project Orbisに参加しドラッグラグ解消を目指すMHLW and PMDA Join Project Orbis to Address Cancer Drug Lag日本厚生労働省と医薬品医療機器総合機構(PMDA)は令和8年9月10日、米国食品医薬品局(FDA)が主導する抗がん剤薬事審査の国際協力枠組み「Project Orbis」に正式に参加すると発表した。参加後、FDA等の海外規制当局との情報交換を強化し、抗がん剤の開発促進とドラッグラグ・ロスの解消を目指す。Project OrbisはFDAの腫瘍学卓越センター(OCE)が2019年5月に開始し、現在カナダ、オーストラリア、英国、スイス、シンガポール、ブラジル、イスラエルの7カ国が参加。日本は2022年よりオブザーバーとして参加していた。Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) and Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency (PMDA) officially joined Project Orbis on September 10, Reiwa 8. デジタル庁、GSS不正アクセスで個人情報漏洩の可能性Digital Agency reports possible GSS data breach following unauthorized accessデジタル庁は、ガバメントソリューションサービス(GSS)で外部からの不正アクセスがあり、個人情報が漏えいした可能性があると発表した。令和8年6月25日に不正アクセスを検知し、7月9日に第三者がVPNの脆弱性を悪用して侵入したことを確認。漏えいした可能性のある個人情報は約24.6万件で、GSS利用機関の職員や業務関係者(公務員、事業者、個人)の氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所などが含まれる。マイナンバーや金融口座情報、年金番号は含まれていない。現在、二次被害は確認されていないが、なりすましメールやフィッシングメールへの注意を呼びかけている。デジタル庁は、パスワードやクレジットカード情報をメールや電話で尋ねることはないとしている。対象者には個別に連絡し、セキュリティ対策を強化するとしている。The Digital Agency confirmed a possible personal data breach in its Government Solution Service (GSS) due to unauthorized access. On June 25, 2026 (Reiwa 8), abnormal access was detected, and on July 9, a third party exploited a VPN vulnerability to gain access. The agency suspended the affected account and cut off communications to prevent further breaches. Approximately 246,000 personal information items, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses of staff from GSS-using agencies, may have been leaked. My Number, bank accounts, and pension numbers were not included. No secondary damage has been confirmed, but the agency warns of potential phishing attempts. It states it will never request passwords or credit card information via email or phone. Affected individuals will be contacted individually, and security measures are being strengthened to prevent recurrence.
