群馬大学医学部生向け「やさしい日本語講座」開催(ぐんま暮らし・外国人活躍推進課)Gunma Prefecture and Gunma University Host 'Easy Japanese' Lecture for Medical Students群馬県と群馬大学が連携し、医学部生の必修講義として「やさしい日本語」講座を開催。やさしい日本語は外国人、高齢者、子ども、障がい者などに分かりやすく伝えるための日本語。医療現場での正確な情報伝達と専門用語使用を考慮し、医療従事者育成に役立てる。令和8年9月17日(木)と25日(金)、群馬大学昭和キャンパス臨床大講堂で実施。4年生130名を9班(各7~8名)に分けて講義・ワークショップを実施。正田江利子氏が講師を務め、25日のワークショップには留学生がサポーターとして参加。Gunma Prefecture and Gunma University are collaborating to offer a mandatory lecture on 'Easy Japanese' for medical students. Easy Japanese is a simplified form of Japanese designed for clear communication with foreigners, elderly, children, and people with disabilities. The lecture aims to promote the use of Easy Japanese in healthcare and create an environment where everyone can access medical services comfortably. The sessions will be held on September 17 and 25, 2026, at the Clinical Lecture Hall of Gunma University's Showa Campus. 130 fourth-year medical students will participate in nine groups of 7-8. The instructor is Eriko Masuda, representative of Lincom, a Japanese language support organization, a multiculturalism promoter, and a certified instructor for the 'Introduction to Easy Japanese' course. On September 25, international students will serve as supporters during the workshop.
「安全性・信頼性を確保したデジタルインフラの海外展開支援事業」令和8年度「ローカル・スタートアップ枠」二次公募の採択結果Secure and Reliable Digital Infrastructure Overseas Expansion Support Project: Reiwa 8 Local Startup Program Second Round Selection Results総務省は令和8年度「安全性・信頼性を確保したデジタルインフラの海外展開支援事業」のローカル・スタートアップ枠二次公募を7月10日から31日実施。応募65件中6件を採択。同事業は、デジタルソリューションの海外展開でグローバル社会課題解決や経済安全保障に貢献する企業を支援。地方企業やスタートアップの海外展開が、相手国での課題解決と地域経済活性化に寄与することを目的としている。The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications conducted the second round of public recruitment for the Reiwa 8 Local Startup Program under the Secure and Reliable Digital Infrastructure Overseas Expansion Support Project from July 10 to 31, 2024. Out of 65 applications, 6 were selected. The project supports companies contributing to solving global social issues and ensuring economic security through overseas expansion of digital infrastructure and solutions. It also assists Japanese local companies and startups in case discovery, proposal, and formation to secure future contracts, aiming to address host countries' challenges and stimulate regional economies.
消防職員初任教育第79期初任科の卒業式を挙行します(消防保安課)79th Firefighter Initial Training Course Graduation Ceremony (Fire Safety Division)群馬県消防学校大教室で令和8年9月17日10時より約30分間、消防職員初任教育第79期初任科の卒業式を実施。令和7年度から令和8年4月1日までに採用された63名(男性63名、女性5名、平均年齢21.8歳)が卒業。教育期間は令和8年4月6日から9月17日までの約6か月間。来賓には群馬県消防長会会長および各消防本部の消防長が出席。The graduation ceremony for the 79th firefighter initial training course will be held at the Gunma Prefecture Fire School Large Classroom on September 17, Reiwa 8, at 10:00 AM for approximately 30 minutes. 学園祭での年齢確認にマイナンバーカードを活用していますUsing My Number Card for Age Verification at University Festivals大学の学園祭で20歳未満への酒類提供を防ぐため、デジタル庁と実行委員会がマイナンバーカードを活用した年齢確認を実施。マイナンバーカード対面確認アプリでICチップを読み取り、氏名や住所などの個人情報を開示せず、20歳以上か未満かのみを確認。実物カードやiPhoneのAppleウォレットに追加したカードを使用可能。目視確認より偽造対策が効果的で、学生スタッフの負担軽減を実現。The Digital Agency and university festival committees use the My Number Card Face-to-Face Confirmation App to verify age by reading the IC chip. 第48回少年の主張群馬県大会開催48th Gunma Prefecture Youth Speech Contest第48回少年の主張群馬県大会が開催されます。昭和54年から続くこの大会は、国際児童年記念事業として始まり、今年で48回目。県内予選やブロック大会を通過した15名の中学生が参加。参加者約3万3千人の中から選ばれた代表者です。中学生が家族や友人、社会への思いを発表し、県民の理解を深める機会となります。令和8年9月19日(土)13時~16時、前橋市大渡町1-10-7の群馬県公社総合ビル多目的ホールで無料開催。手話通訳あり。最優秀賞1名、優秀賞4名、努力賞10名を表彰。参加校160校、参加生徒3万3266名。主催は群馬県、教育委員会、青少年育成推進会議、国立青少年教育振興機構。The 48th Gunma Prefecture Youth Speech Contest will be held. 令和8年パートタイム・有期雇用労働者総合実態調査にご協力くださいCooperation Request for the 2026 Part-time and Fixed-term Employment Laborer Comprehensive Survey厚生労働省はパートタイム・有期雇用労働者の就業形態、企業の雇用管理状況、待遇や働き方意識を把握し政策立案に役立てるため、和8年総合実態調査を実施。事業所調査は常用労働者5人以上事業所約2万件、個人調査は2万5千人を対象。無作為抽出で選定し調査票を郵送。事業所は労働者に個人票を配布しオンライン回答も可能。結果は令和9年9月頃公表。回答は厳密に秘密保持され統計以外に使用されない。令和8年8月4日組織改編で名称変更あり書類は旧名称だが厚労省実施の統計調査。The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare is conducting the Reiwa 8 (2026) Comprehensive Survey on Part-time and Fixed-term Employment Workers to understand employment conditions management practices treatment and worker awareness for policy-making. The business survey targets approximately 20000 establishments with five or more regular employees and the individual survey covers 25000 part-time and fixed-term workers. Selected via random sampling survey forms are mailed to establishments which distribute individual forms to workers. Online submission via the Government Statistical Online Survey System is encouraged for efficiency and accuracy. Results will be published around September 2027. All responses are strictly confidential and used solely for statistical purposes. 群馬銀行、SDGs私募債(寄付先支援型)カーボンオフセット型寄付受納式を開催Gunma Bank Hosts Carbon Offset Donation Ceremony for SDGs Private Placement Bond群馬銀行は、群馬県と連携し地域の脱炭素化を推進するため、SDGs私募債(寄付先支援型)「カーボンオフセット型」を発行。この私募債の発行手数料の一部を用いてJ-クレジット254t-CO2(363万円相当)を購入し、群馬県に寄付する。寄付受納式は令和8年9月14日14時から14時30分に開催され、群馬銀行専務取締役コンサルティング営業本部長堀江明彦と県グリーンイノベーション推進監奈良晃世が出席。県は昨年度に続きJ-クレジットを活用した事業のカーボンニュートラル化を実施する。Gunma Bank has donated 254 tons of CO2 equivalent J-Credits (worth 3.63 million yen) to Gunma Prefecture through its SDGs Private Placement Bond (Donation Support Type) Carbon Offset Type. Google signed a 22-year PPA with Fortum for Loviisa nuclear plant extension and a MOU for new reactor feasibility. Foot-and-mouth disease does not affect humans but is highly contagious to cattle, pigs, and goats. In the 2010 outbreak in Miyazaki Prefecture, around 300,000 cattle and pigs were culled. No domestic cases have been confirmed since then, though the disease persists internationally.
