A collective name for the various events held in Chiyoda City in spring, organized by Chiyoda City and the Chiyoda City Tourist Association. During the festival, the roughly 700-meter Chidorigafuchi cherry-blossom promenade is illuminated at night, and boat rentals on the moat extend their hours into the evening.
