A fireworks display organized by Itabashi City and the Itabashi Tourist Association, held on the south bank of the Arakawa River (on the Itabashi City / Toei Mita Line side). It takes place simultaneously with the Toda Bridge Fireworks Festival held across the river on the Toda City, Saitama side. One of its highlights is what is billed as the largest shakugosun-dama (giant fireworks shell) in Tokyo.
